Please read them carefully and re-check when visiting the site. If you do not agree to any of the revised terms and conditions then stop using the site. Ordering
All orders are made by you subject to acceptance criteria and availability of goods. Items placed in your shopping basket are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. For an order to be made with us you will need to register your details or log in as a returning customer. Then complete and submit an electronic order from.
We will send you an email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. We may be unable to accept your order for the following reasons:
1. Goods are out of stock.
2. Your payment was not authorised.
3. There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of goods.
4. When purchasing the luxury gift wrap option and including a personal message we cannot be held responsible or liable for any errors made.
Pricing
All prices on our website are shown in pounds sterling. Prices quoted do not include shipping, insurance and packaging costs. These are shown on the checkout of goods and elsewhere on this website.
Payment
Payment can be made by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Sola Delta or Switch) via World pay, a secure payment processing company or Paypal.
All debit/credit card transactions use industry secure sockets layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our website.
When completing your order you will be directed to World pay or Paypal to process your payment. A page starting with https indicates that your browser is in secure mode and you will see a lock and key padlock security icon.
Payments for products and services available from this website does not bind the company to any agreement to supply such items. As such the company reserve the right to refuse any transaction for whatever reason at its own discretion.
Delivery
UK Delivery
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving it. All our jewellery is delivered by Royal Mail. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days from dispatch but it can take up to 3-5 working days. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the timescale stated but due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or busy times such as Christmas, delivery times may be extended. Delivery times are also subject to stock availability, clearance of payment and destination of goods for example the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands are likely to experience extended delivery times.
We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered or go missing due to you inputting the incorrect or missing parts of the name/address details needed when ordering from us. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as they are used exactly as inputted by you when your order is submitted to us.

Delivery time usually 1-2 working days but allow up to 3-5 working days.
Your order will be delivered flat packed so it can fit through your letter box. Bling Rocks has designed an exclusive range of flat packaging to enable you to perfectly present your gifts on delivery.

Orders of £50 or more will be upgraded to Recorded Delivery
Delivery time usually 1-2 working days but allow up to 3-5 working days
A signature will be required to accept delivery.
We can also offer guaranteed next day delivery. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your delivery further at service@blingrocks.co.uk
Any delivery timescale is indicative only . They do not constitute any binding obligations by us.
However, if in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within the above timescales the item is not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have elapsed. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery then please use our contact us form.
International Delivery
Bling Rocks is pleased to offer delivery to worldwide destinations.
Please note that not all of our products may be eligible for international delivery. As the customer you are considered the importer of the goods and you must ensure you comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. All products shown on our website are priced in British GBP. The price charged to our overseas customers will be determined by the exchange rate applied by the customers Credit/Debit card company, at the time the transaction takes place.
International Delivery Options
Delivery within the European Union (EU) - £5.99 (Including Ireland & rest of Europe)
Delivery is a flat rate of £5.99, no matter how many items you order you will only be charged one delivery fee. Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days but it can take between 4-10 working days to arrive depending your location and local customs. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your delivery further.
Delivery outside of the European Union (EU) -£7.99 (Including the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Middle East, Russian Federation, Carribean, Africa, Asia)
Delivery is a flat rate of £7.99, no matter how many items you order you will only be charged one delivery fee. Deliveries to worldwide destinations are longer than within the UK. Delivery is usually within 7 working days but it can take between 7-14 working days depending on your location and local customs. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your delivery further.
Import Duties and Taxes
When ordering goods from Bling Rocks for overseas delivery you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are applied to the goods on reaching your country. Customers are responsible for determining the customs regulations for their country before completing any purchase. Any customs duties must be borne solely by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Free Gifts and Delivery
Orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery to any UK mainland address. Any orders of £50 or more qualify for free recorded delivery to any UK mainland address. Orders within the EU and outside the EU are subject to relevant delivery charges.
Any free gifts or promotional products will need to be returned if all (or part) of the original order is to be returned for a full refund. Unwanted free gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Promotional Codes and Special Offers
A promotional or discount code and any special offer (such as buy 4 get one free) may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount code, special offer or be applied to already discounted items. Any promotion is subject to availability and is not an indication of the availability of the item (s). The promotion, discount code or offer may be withdrawn and/ or redemption rejected if these terms are not adhered to or we believe they are being used unlawfully or illegally. You agree that you will have no claim against us in the respect of any cancelleation or rejection.
A promotion has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or for benefits in kind. Any remaining balance after redemption of any promotion is non- transferable and non- refundable. Where the redemption of a promotion or discount code is subject to a minimum spend requirement, the redemption is only permitted in respect of the purchase of qualifying products, as communicated to you when issuing the offer. Competitions and Prize Draws
For all Competitions and Prize Draws that we run the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. They will apply for all Competitions/Prize Draws unless otherwise stated:
1. The winner (s) will be drawn at random by an independant judge from all valid entried received by the closing date.
2. The judges decision is final and no correspondance will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (s)
3. Prizes are non- transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. All prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to exchange them for items of equal or greater value.
5. Only one entry per person. Collective/proxy entries are not permitted.
6. Any entry forms will become the property of Bling Rocks and will not be returned. No responsibilty is accepted for entry forms that are lost or damaged.
7. By entering any competition or prize draw you are agreeing to us contacting you by email during and immediately after the close of the competition or prize draw in relation to it.
8. By entering any competition or prize draw, you agree that we can use your first name, town, prize, submitted images and text for promotional purposes and/or to take part in any publicity arranged by us or on behalf of Bling Rocks in connection with the applicable prize or competition.
9. Prizes must be claimed within 3 months of winners being announced.
10. Our prize draws and competions are open to UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and all countries that Royal Mail can deliver to.
11. Prize draws and competitons are not open to employees (and their immediate families) of Bling Rocks, their agents or anyone connected with the competition or prize draw in any way.

13. The prize draws and competitions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Returns
At Bling Rocks we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and recommend us to your friends. If you wish to return an unwanted or faulty item then please notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods via email using our returns form located on our website.
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings (this also applies to earrings which are part of a jewellery set) unless they are defective or faulty. Items that have been engraved cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Please ensure you retain your invoice as proof of purchase and enclose it with any goods returned. If you are returning an undamaged non- faulty item it must be sent in a resalable condition i.e. non-damaged as new. Returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been misused. A restocking charge may be applied if we find this to be the case. Goods should be returned within 14 days in the original packaging and securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage with insurance where necessary as Bling Rocks cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
We will replace faulty items free of charge. If the item returned is for an exchange of non-faulty goods then the cost of re-delivery will be charged to process and deliver the new item(s.)
If a refund is required we will refund the original method of payment once we have received and processed the item(s). This will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the returned goods. The delivery cost and luxury gift wrapping cost will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. All international customs, duties and taxes are not refundable for goods outside the European Union (EU).
Cancellations
In the event that you wish to cancel your order then please contact us as soon as possible using our contact us form. It may not be possible to stop your order once it has been processed. please return your order as outlined in the Returns Section above.
Product Suitability and Safety
At Bling Rocks we take product safety seriously but it is parental/guardian responsibility to ensure that a jewellery item is suitable and safe for a child/children to wear/use. We cannot accept any responsibility for any accidents, injury, damage or death caused as a result from using our products. The following guidelines should be adhered to at all times:
1. Our jewellery is NOT suitable for any child or children under the age of 3. Many jewellery items have small parts and therefore represent a choking hazard.
2. Any child or children should be supervised at all times when wearing jewellery.
3. Jewellery items are not suitable for use in play or swimming.
4. Jewellery should be removed when bathing/showering/washing.
5. Jewellery should not be worn overnight, to sleep in or for long periods of time.
6. It is parental/guardian responsibility to check that all jewellery is undamaged and secure prior to use. All jewellery must be fitted with an end clip to ensure beads do not slide off the jewellery. If there is no end clip on the jewellery, the item should NOT be worn until one is fitted. The clips can be purchased separately if required.
7. When purchasing bracelets and beads for any child/children at least one clip should be purchased. This should be placed as the last bead on the bracelet to prevent the charms and beads from sliding off when opening and closing the clasp.
8.When purchasing jewellery items for any child/children, you agree to inform the parents/guardians (of the child/children) of our Product Suitability and Safety terms and conditions before any jewellery item is worn.
Jewellery Care
By following a few simple guidelines your jewellery will always look fabulous. Costume jewellery can be delicate and needs to be cared for the same way as any other jewellery.
1. Avoid wearing whilst performing heavy or long tasks such as cleaning, gardening,etc
2. To avoid tarnishing and scratching store in tarnish prevention cloth/bag in a dry place.
3. Avoid contact with perfume, make up, hair spray, cleaning products such as bleach
4. Remove before showering, bathing, washing, swimming/ jacuzzi
5. Do not sleep in your jewellery.
6. Use a specialist silver polishing cloth to restore any shine .
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions online from time to time. Your continued use of this site following any revised changes shows your intention to be bound by the revised changes of terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of the revised terms and conditions please stop using the website.

We do not disclose information you provide to third parties unless legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities.
