Bling Rocks Returns Policy
At Bling Rocks we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and recommend us to your friends. If you wish to return an unwanted or faulty item then please notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods via email using our returns form.
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings (this also applies to earrings which are part of a jewellery set) unless they are defective or faulty. Items that have been engraved cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Please ensure you retain your invoice as proof of purchase and enclose it with any goods returned. If you are returning an undamaged non- faulty item it must be sent in a resalable condition i.e. non-damaged as new. Returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been misused. A restocking charge may be applied if we find this to be the case. Goods should be returned within 14 days in the original packaging and securely wrapped to prevent damage in transit. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage with insurance where necessary as Bling Rocks cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
We will replace faulty items free of charge. If the item returned is for an exchange of non-faulty goods then the cost of re-delivery will be charged to process and deliver the new item(s.)
If a refund is required we will refund the original method of payment once we have received and processed the item(s). This will be made within 30 days of the date of receipt of the returned goods. The delivery cost and luxury gift wrapping cost will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. All international customs, duties and taxes are not refundable for goods outside the European Union (EU).
